Please note:
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Customized products and products marked “Final sale” on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
Return postage shall be negotiated according to the actual situation.
Please note: For products that are not quality problems but require return, the postage shall be borne by the buyer!

What’s your exchange policy?
We don’t have a formal exchange program. If you’d like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you’d like to receive in exchange.
